Veritas Training was founded from a combination of front-line statutory leadership, professional practice, and academic enquiry into child safeguarding systems. Based in Wokingham, we provide CPD-accredited Family Group Conference (FGC) and restorative practice training for professionals working across children's services, safeguarding, and social care.

Our approach goes far beyond tick-box compliance. We help practitioners develop the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills to work with families—not simply around them—ensuring that family networks are meaningfully involved in decision-making when children and families face complex circumstances.

Our Training Commitment: If You Book It, We Deliver It

We know that arranging training involves more than booking a place. Practitioners organise their time, managers arrange staffing and organisations plan their resources around the training taking place.

That's why we do not require a minimum number of delegates for a booked session to proceed.

Whether you have 2 practitioners or 15, your booked training session will go ahead as planned.

Once you book, you can plan with confidence.

Your booking is a firm commitment from us — not a provisional arrangement dependent on filling the course.

Only exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as serious illness or circumstances preventing delivery, would mean that we could not deliver a booked session.
